Overview

RunReady ("the App") is developed and operated by Marvin Blome. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your data. The short version: all your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Health Data

RunReady reads health data from Apple HealthKit to calculate your Readiness Score and training recommendations. This includes heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep analysis, and workout data. All health data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

Data We Access

The App accesses the following data exclusively through Apple HealthKit:

• Heart rate samples (for resting HR and max HR calculation)
• Heart rate variability (HRV) measurements
• Sleep analysis data (duration and stages)
• Workout data (running workouts with heart rate, pace, cadence)
• Active energy burned (for training load calculation)

This data is read from HealthKit with your explicit permission and processed entirely on your device.

Data Storage

All data generated by RunReady (Readiness Scores, run analyses, trends, settings) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No data is stored on external servers. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

Data We Do NOT Collect

RunReady does not collect any personal information. There are no user accounts, no registration, no email collection, no analytics, no crash reporting services, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs that access your data. We do not know who you are or how you use the App.

Network Communication

RunReady does not make any network requests. The App functions entirely offline. There is no server backend, no API calls, and no data synchronization with external services.

Third-Party Services

RunReady does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools. The only external integration is Apple HealthKit, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and your explicit HealthKit permissions.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access. You can delete all App data by deleting RunReady from your device.

RunReady is not a medical device. The Readiness Score and training recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your training program.

If this policy is updated, the changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Since we have no way to contact you (no accounts, no email), please check this page periodically.
