What RunReady reads
With your permission, RunReady reads from Apple Health: heart rate, HRV, sleep analysis, running workouts with route, distance, steps and running power, and your effort from Apple Fitness. RunReady writes nothing back to Apple Health.
Change which categories RunReady may read at any time in the Health app under Profile › Apps › RunReady or in iOS Settings under Apps › Health › Data Access & Devices.
Where your data lives
- RunReady stores daily values, scores, runs and settings on your iPhone.
- The widgets read a small summary from shared storage on the same device.
- There is no iCloud sync, no account and no server. RunReady itself makes no internet connections.
- If you delete RunReady, all of its data is gone. Your data in Apple Health stays untouched.
