“No score yet” or “No sleep data available”
RunReady needs the night data from your Apple Watch.
- Wear the Watch while you sleep and charge it during the day.
- Check under Sleep in the Health app that last night was recorded.
- Check that RunReady may read Sleep Analysis, Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability (see below).
“Building baseline”
RunReady is still collecting nights for your reference values. If Apple Health has older data, fill the gaps under Settings › Archive. Otherwise your score appears after about 7 nights.
No access to Apple Health
If you declined access on first launch, allow it later in the Health app: Profile › Apps › RunReady, then turn on all categories. Reopen RunReady afterwards.
A run is missing
- Check that the run is saved in the Health app as a workout of type Running.
- If the run is older than your import period, extend it under Settings › Archive.
- If you delete a run in Apple Health, RunReady removes it as well.
Run without kilometre splits or pace history
Treadmill runs and runs with patchy GPS have no route. RunReady then spreads distance and time evenly across the kilometres. If older runs lack splits or zones, RunReady fills them in during the next updates, up to five runs per pass.
My sleep looks twice as long
That does not happen: RunReady takes one sleep source per night and counts overlapping minutes only once. If the duration differs from another app, that app usually uses a different source. RunReady prefers the Apple Watch sleep analysis.
The widgets show nothing current
Open RunReady once. The widgets take over the score after every calculation. If they still say “No score yet”, there is no score from today or yesterday, usually because sleep data is missing.
The morning notification does not arrive
Check under Settings › Notifications in RunReady and under Notifications › RunReady in iOS Settings that notifications are allowed. The background update also needs Settings › General › Background App Refresh turned on for RunReady.
