Data
Archive
RunReady stores HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, load and score for every day. The archive fills days without values from Apple Health and calculates their score afterwards with that day’s baseline, that is the 60 days before it. History, calendar and “What moves your score?” are there from the first launch.
- Fill gaps from HealthKit pulls up to 365 days. Heart rate during sleep is the most expensive query; RunReady fetches it in batches of 31 days, which takes a few minutes for a full year.
- Import period sets how far back RunReady imports runs: 12 months by default, all if you like.
- The archive page shows how many days are stored.
Notifications
- Daily score: after the morning calculation RunReady sends your score and recommendation.
- Resting HR note: if your resting heart rate is more than 5 bpm above your average for two nights in a row, you get a notification. Off by default.
- Log: all detected episodes of elevated resting heart rate, including older ones.
Display
- Appearance: System, Light or Dark.
- Today view: whether the table “All values compared” is open at start and whether the ring corners show the measured value or the sub-score.
Info
- Metrics Explained: short explanations of HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, load and zones right in the app.
- Send feedback: opens an email with version, device, iOS version, language, appearance, Health access and the number of your runs and archive days. You see everything before sending.
- About RunReady
